The Keystone Center announced its new partnership with Ticketmaster this week Thursday, looking to nurture and streamline its fan engagement services.

“As the official ticketing partner of the Keystone Centre, Ticketmaster will provide ticketing for all Brandon Wheat Kings hockey games, concerts and events at Westoba Place. Brandon Wheat Kings fans will have access to Ticketmaster’s state-of-the-art digital ticketing technology,” shares the Director of Box Office and Marketing. , Jared McKenzie.

“We are always looking for ways to improve the fan experience, especially for our concerts and Brandon Wheat Kings games,” he explains. “We have studied different solutions to provide an upgrade in ticketing techniques and, of course, Ticketmaster has years and years of unparalleled success in this field.”

Ticketmaster began serving Keystone Center and Brandon Wheat Kings ticket purchases on September 1. McKenzie says this will work well for their organization, another strategy that suits different lifestyles and shopping preferences.

“We have tons of fans, especially for shows and concerts, who seem to prefer buying online,” he explains, “and for hockey games, it seems more people like to go to the box office. and buy tickets. So we were very conscious of coming up with a solution that could appeal to both groups of fans, and Ticketmaster was the favorite to do that.”
