Courier Services Company Takes Nearly 100,000 Square Feet in Davie Warehouse – Trade Observer

Original printsa postal service company, signed a lease for 98,012 square feet to Bridge point 595 in Davie, Florida.

The lease allows the 677,318 square foot logistics park to be fully occupied. Other tenants include an automotive accessories distributor The tire rackwhich occupies 290,295 square feet, and RV dealer VR The Mesa with 96,728 square feet.

The developer, Industrial Bridge, completed ownership of three buildings last year. Located at 2750 bridge roadthe warehouses are near the intersection of the Florida Turnpike and the Interstate 595 Expressway.

This site will serve as a distribution center for Original Impressions, which is based near Weston, Florida.

The lease “will help us face the future with unprecedented growth, efficiency and value that our corporate customers demand from a business partner,” Ismael Diazpresident of the parent company of Original Impressions International Postal Centersaid in a statement.

The agreement will expand PCI’s national footprint to more than 450,000 square feet between the company’s national headquarters in Weston and a regional site in San Antonio, Texas.

It’s unclear when Original Impressions will move into Bridge Point 595 or how long the lease is for. Neither the owner’s brokers, Berger Commercial Real Estateit is Keith Graves and Joseph Byrnesnor the tenant’s representative, Cushman and Wakefieldit is Rick Etnerimmediately responded to requests for comment.

Industrial properties have become hot rental products as consumers have turned to e-commerce during the pandemic. The Original Impressions deal comes just two months after fedex signed the largest 2022 industrial lease in South Florida to date, taking over 500,000 square feet to Miami 27 Business Park.
