A spokesperson for NDMC said the Single Sign-On (SSO) service, which effectively allows residents to create a unique profile to benefit from services, will help improve access to civic services, especially during the worsening of the Covid situation in the capital.
“NDMC has implemented single sign-on identity access management to improve the user experience and enhance the security of citizens as well as employees or retirees. Users will be able to access the applications via the Internet and the intranet. Single sign-on will now be a digital identity to be used for all online service applications, ”the council said in an official statement on Monday.
