Cloudflare CDN Outage Shuts Down Major Online Services: Know When It’ll Be Back

It is June 21, 2022 Tuesday morning and you have started your work and suddenly you see that there is a 500 internal server error, but don’t worry, you are not alone. The reason for the outage appears to be a cloud failure that brought down much of the internet. Affected websites and services include Discord, Omegle, Feedly, Zerodha, Groww, Upstox, Buffer, Medium.com, etc.

A P0 critical incident was declared around 06:34 UTC. Cloudflare’s network connectivity was disrupted across large areas.
Customers attempting to reach Cloudflare sites in affected regions will see 500 errors. The incident impacts all data plan services in our network.
